ABOUT ME
My name is Tjasa (Tiasha) Hill, a multimedia designer and digital marketing maestro. A talented and creative visionary that combines text and pictures, who brings stories and narratives to life with a unique creative style and touch.
My graphic superpowers:
∙ ultra-quick
∙ mega creative
∙ surprisingly innovative
∙ ideation
∙ endless curiosity
∙ killer assets
and I can prove that to you before you say the word design.
I specialise in digital and print design, digital marketing, graphic design, logo and brand development, web design, product design, etc. Building a relationship with the company or the team is something I pride myself on. Working with me means you get committed design and marketing innovations at all times. One of the many advantages of hiring me is that I am extremely quick and up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends. I always make sure to provide a fresh, new, innovative, life-changing, eye-catching, extraordinary and exciting design that will make your company stand out from all others. The breadth of my profession for eleven years has opened up many doors so I stepped into photography, recorded and edited video content, but also made web pages, perfected graphic editing and shaping content, recognised the theory of advertising, digital marketing, UX/UI, the importance of presentation, CMS, CRM, SEO, animation, etc.
Thanks to my rich work experience, fantastic ability to adapt to any work environment and professional practice, I worked in the most significant Croatian food company Podravka d.d. Today, it is one of the largest food companies in Southeast Europe, where I worked as a digital marketing specialist and multimedia designer in the sector of corporate and marketing communications. One of my tasks while working there was planning, leading, monitoring and analysing marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. One of those campaigns, „Vegeta 100% originalna, 100% moja!“, has won an award for the best digital marketing campaign in Croatia 2019.
A wide spectrum of different clients, companies, projects and assignments gives me the ability to create diverse content of different styles. In this way, I perfect more visual style and become more advanced. In addition, there are many upheavals and opportunities for progress on real projects, which makes my productive-perfectionist nature "always better" satisfied. I see the problem as a challenge and opportunity for progress, because if there is no problem would we continue to try?
I find curiosity plays a significant part in my design practice. Even if it has been mentioned countless times before, it's something I value deeply and a mindset I hope to maintain. For me, it's the act of continuously asking questions like "why?" and "what if?".
Or in designer words:
An individual who does precision guesswork based on unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge.
